1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, running the loader, or using any part of VMExit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the service.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and VMExit. They override anything said in Discord DMs, tickets, or promotional material.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use VMExit.

You are explicitly not permitted to use the service if you are currently employed by, contracted to, volunteer for, represent, or are a close family member of any employee or officer of:

  • Blizzard Entertainment, Activision, Microsoft Gaming, or any of their parents or subsidiaries;
  • any publisher of a game that VMExit supports (currently Overwatch 2, Wardogs, H1Z1, Fortnite);
  • any anti-cheat vendor including but not limited to BattlEye Innovations, Easy Anti-Cheat / Epic Online Services, Riot Vanguard, Denuvo Anti-Cheat, Valve VAC, FACEIT AC, ESEA / CEVO, nProtect GameGuard, Hyperion, Defense Matrix;
  • any law firm, investigative agency, or legal representative acting on behalf of any of the above;
  • any platform operator, console manufacturer, or payment processor investigating or pursuing anti-cheat enforcement.

You confirm each time you sign in that none of the above apply to you. We will refund and ban any account we identify as falling into these categories, and we will refuse communications attempting to compel disclosure outside a lawful jurisdiction we recognize.

3. Access & use

Your account is yours alone. Do not share your credentials, our software, or your session with anyone. One account = one person = one machine at a time.

Your account binds to the first machine you sign in from (a device identifier derived from stable hardware attributes). Reassigning the binding is a manual review in Discord: we grant it for genuine hardware changes, we don't grant it so you can rotate between PCs or let a friend use your sub.

Access is granted at our sole discretion and can be revoked at any time, with or without reason or notice. A paid subscription does not oblige us to continue service and does not entitle you to a refund if we revoke access for cause.

4. Tampering & reverse engineering

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, repack, inject into, debug, dump, instrument, or otherwise modify any part of VMExit, our software, or anything our software installs, loads, or ships.

You will not attempt to bypass, defeat, probe, or test the authentication, subscription, device binding, code protection, or any integrity check we ship. Not for research, not out of curiosity, not for a friend, not to "see if it works".

You will not run VMExit alongside tools designed to analyze or tamper with it (debuggers, memory editors, DLL proxies, SSL interceptors on our endpoints, and so on). Standard dev tools used for unrelated work on the same machine are fine.

Violating this section is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may be pursued as copyright infringement, computer-fraud violation, or breach of contract depending on jurisdiction.

5. Distribution & derivative works

You will not upload, mirror, repost, resell, trade, give away, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer our software, any artifact we ship, your account, or any portion of them, to anyone. Not on forums, not on Discord, not to a friend, not for free.

Promotional videos, screenshots, streaming to your own audience, and showing our software to friends on your own screen are all fine. Handing over the actual software, your credentials, or your signed-in session is not.

You will not create derivative works, forks, modified builds, or anything that incorporates our code or assets without our prior written consent.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are arranged in Discord. Supported methods: LTC, USDC (Ethereum / ERC20), ETH (Ethereum mainnet), and PayPal Friends & Family only.

PayPal must be sent as Friends & Family (F&F). Goods & Services (G&S) payments are refused and refunded, and the order is cancelled — no sub granted. No exceptions.

For crypto, send on the exact network we quote. If you send on the wrong chain (e.g. USDC on Base/Polygon when we quoted Ethereum), the funds are usually unrecoverable — that's on you.

Subscriptions are a non-refundable digital service. Refunds are only offered when the software demonstrably does not work on your machine, we have confirmed the problem is on our side, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. They are not offered for changing your mind, for being banned, for a game patch that temporarily breaks a feature, for your hardware changing, or for a sub you forgot you had. Open a ticket in Discord and we'll work through the issue with you first.

Chargebacks, PayPal disputes, and fraud reports result in a permanent ban on all current and future accounts tied to the same identity, HWID, Discord, email, or payment identity. We also reserve the right to pursue the chargeback through the processor and in small-claims where applicable. Appeals go through Discord before you dispute.

7. Game bans, anti-cheat, and detection risk

Using VMExit violates the Terms of Service of every game it works on. You know this. The publishers and anti-cheat vendors are actively trying to detect and ban software like ours.

We work hard to stay undetected but we do not and cannot guarantee it. Detection vectors change constantly. A build that was safe yesterday can be flagged tomorrow by a server-side anti-cheat update you never see.

You accept the full risk of using VMExit, including:

  • game account bans (temporary or permanent);
  • hardware-ID bans across all your accounts on that platform;
  • loss of in-game inventory, rank, cosmetics, and currency, including items purchased with real money;
  • collateral action against other accounts on the same hardware, network, or payment identity;
  • civil or criminal consequences in jurisdictions that treat anti-cheat circumvention as a legal matter.

A ban is not a reason for a refund. We will replace a build that becomes detected with a build that isn't (that's the service), but we will not reimburse the game-side cost of a ban. Buying VMExit is explicitly a bet you are taking with your game account.

8. Account conduct

You will not, through VMExit, your account, or activity in our Discord:

  • harass, threaten, impersonate, or share private information about any other user, staff member, or third party;
  • upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful to minors, or infringing on anyone's rights;
  • attempt to compromise, scan, flood, or disrupt any VMExit service, server, Discord channel, or user;
  • evade a ban (new account, VPN, new email, borrowed Discord);
  • misrepresent your identity, your intent to pay, or your eligibility under section 2.

Violations are grounds for warning, suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion, with no refund owed.

9. Intellectual property

VMExit — this website, the account panel, our software in all its parts, the Discord bot, and all source code, binaries, graphics, text, visual designs, and signatures associated with any of them — are the sole property of VMExit and its contributors, protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our software on one machine, under your account, for the duration your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

10. Security disclosure

Found a vulnerability in our website, our panel, our software, or anything we ship? Report it in Discord to a staff member before posting it anywhere else. Public disclosure before we've patched is a permanent ban and may be pursued as a terms violation.

We welcome responsible reports and will usually credit (or reward in sub time, case by case) a disclosure that lets us fix something quietly.

11. No warranty

VMExit is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, with all faults. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or that the service will meet your expectations.

We do not warrant that: the software is free of defects or detection; a feature that worked yesterday will work today; your account, your sub, or any of your in-game progress will be preserved; our servers will be reachable at any given moment; or that any particular game version will remain supported.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMExit and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service — including but not limited to game bans, hardware bans, loss of in-game items, loss of data, loss of profits, downtime, or any claim brought by a third party against you.

Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation, in which case the limit is the smallest permitted by that jurisdiction.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VMExit and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your use or misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third party's rights — including a game publisher's terms of service.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VMExit is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in that jurisdiction, and you consent to its exclusive venue.

Before filing anything, you agree to raise the issue in Discord and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it informally. Most problems are a misunderstanding and get fixed in a message or two.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.

15. Changes

We can amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in Discord and may require re-acceptance on next sign-in. The current version is the one on this page; by continuing to use the service after a change you accept the new version.

16. Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable by a court, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable part is reformed to the minimum extent necessary.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours (e.g. in connection with a transfer of the service) without notice.
